Advantages:
Roof mount,  passive (unamplified) DAB, amplified FM/AM car aerial.
Stubby design.
Mast easily unscrews for carwash, etc.
Can also be fitted to wing, boot lid etc. (at slight expense of performance)
If your vehicle currently has a built-in-the glass or similar FM/AM aerial, installing the 'DAB/FM/AM kit' variant will probably improve your FM/AM reception as well.

Cautions:
UNSUITABLE for replacement of bee-sting aerials incorporating GSM, GPS or rear-screen washer jet (some Vauxhalls etc).
Must not be mounted on a surface whose underside is exposed to the elements.
